Tom (Nigel Havers) is beginning to despair of ever reuniting his estranged parents. But things begin to look considerably brighter when, thanks to a mutual friend, his parents meet up again and Toby invites his wife Angela (Dinah Sheridan) a way for a romantic weekend.
