Did a mother stab her 14-year-old son to death? Did she torture him with a knife? Four years ago in Preston a jury believed that Margaret Livesey had done just that She was convicted of murder and is still serving a life sentence. For the past year the Rough Justice team have been investigating her case.
They've discovered that Mrs Livesey did not have time to commit the murder; that several witnesses have changed their accounts of events on the night of the murder; and, most importantly, that the forensic evidence suggests the boy died in a bizarre torture game which could have involved a homosexual attacker. Tonight Rough Justice asks: is
