He hears from a patient who was refused treatment by 12 doctors. The reason remains unknown-hidden in her file. And he examines a tragic case where the silence of hospital staff drove a man to attempt suicide.
Should we have more access to our flies? And in what circumstances? In the current debate, progressives in each profession say the files should be more open. but the rank and file still need persuading.
