Last of seven parts with Peter Alllss

The golf boom in the past 20 years has been staggering - in terms of prize money, merchandising of equipment, marketing of players, sponsorship of tournaments and facilities in golf clubs. This programme looks at a country club complex in Pinehurst, North Carolina, at the organisation of the 1981 Open at Sandwich and at how the Japanese are coping with a golf-crazy population. And two of the top men in golf management, Mark McCormack and Ed Barner, explain their philosophy.
