The Benson and Hedges Cup Quarter-final
Kent v Somerset
No county has won this Trophy in successive years and the holders, Somerset, despite the magnetic presence of Ian Botham , will feel better equipped to pull off the ' double ' if the giant strike bowler, Joel Garner , is pronounced fit.
Kent, beaten by Somerset in the semi-final last year and seeking revenge, have already seen their youth policy pay dividends. Both Neil Taylor and Laurie Potter have proved themselves exciting prospects for the future.

Starring Alec Guinness, Cecil Parker, Herbert Lom, Peter Sellers, Danny Green

Mrs Wilberforce is one of London's nicer landladies. A little vague perhaps, but definitely not the sort of person to have a gang of desperate criminals in her house. Unfortunately, Professor Marcus and his friends are not the musical society she supposes and their plans for the little old lady are anything but harmonious. Alec Guinness plays the genial Professor Marcus with just enough menace to create a shiver between the laughs in the last of his great run of Ealing comedies.
