Earlier this year, The Queen and Prince Philip visited six countries in Eastern Arabia - Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, The United Arab Emirates, and Oman. This imaginative film is the story of that historic visit, seen through the eyes of journalists, radio and television commentators, and the people themselves.

The feature film starring Laurence Olivier Michael Caine who tells RADIO TIMES: t
To work with two such great men [OLIVIER and MANKIEwicz] was tremendous, but hard work - the hardest work I've done in my life and the most rewarding. You try fighting off Olivier for an hour-and-a-half - he was a demon. It gave me an opportunity to become friends with both men, and I've remained friends since, which I regard as a great privilege. I shall be home to see it.
Andrew Wyke - a brilliantly successful and wealthy writer of detective stories - has a passion for mechanical toys and indoor games. When he invites the young hairdresser Milo to his country mansion, it is to play one of the most macabre and cruel games that even the master novelist can devise....
Anthony Shaffer has adapted his ingenious and highly-successful play to the screen, retaining both the thrills and the ironic critique of class prejudice, magnificently conveyed in the performances by Olivier and Michael Caine.
