Most holidaymakers select an all-inclusive holiday from thousands offered for sale in scores of glossy brochures. When they have taken the trouble to choose carefully, disappointment is particularly hard to bear.
With the passing of the Consumer Council, the introduction of the Trades Description Act and the word 'arbitration' being used far too loosely in many tour operators' brochures, Holiday 72 confronts the people whose job it is to organise and sell holidays.
