Richest and most spectacular motor race of the year, with commentaries by Charlie Brockman, Roger Ward and World Champion Jackie Stewart.

300,000 spectators yesterday packed the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to see the 500-mile race which brought last year's winner Mario Andretti over £85,000. Thirty-three cars race over a two-and-a-half-mile circuit at speeds reaching 210 mph.
