Christopher Lloyd , Secretary of the Navy Record Society, is editing the previously unpublished papers of Admiral Lord Keith , who was Commander-in-Chief at Plymouth at the time of Napoleon's surrender. Mr. Lloyd describes the negotiations that led to Napoleon's confinement on St. Helena and comments on the subsequent development of the Napoleonic legend.

BBC Assistant Head of Religious Broadcasting This talk was recorded while Bishop New bigin was visiting Europe to attend an international commission of theologians at Rolle in Switzerland. The commission, of which the Bishop was appointed chairman, was called by the world Council of Churches to discuss what could be issued by the Churches at their next Assembly; in particular, it was to concern itself with the message of hope which the Churches might give to the world.
