A play in verse by R. C. Scriven
Music composed by Frank Wade sung by the West Riding Singers
Production by Rex Tucker
The search for the earthly paradise has haunted the mind of man since the Fall. Perhaps its most perfect expression was in the story of St. Brandon's search for the Isles of the Blessed, Englished in ' The Golden Legend ' by William Caxton. The author has attempted to re-tell that story of the quest for Ultima Thule once again, as Sir Thomas More did in ' Utopia,' and as poets have attempted to tell it from time to time each in his own fashion
