A monthly series in which outside broadcast and film cameras tell how one incident can change one person's life.

Because his own son was killed in an accident, Bob Hardcastle decided to work for children in general as a Juvenile Liaison Officer of the Liverpool City Police.
Tonight at the Rodney Youth Centre in Liverpool, he introduces Hywel Davies to some of the boys and girls who are his friends, and explains how he and his colleagues help both parents and children to tackle their problems.
