3/5. In autumn 1723, as his project to create a vast repertoire of music for Leipzig's churches unfolded, Bach still found time to squeeze in an extra commission. Donald Macleod looks at a grand, festive cantata Bach wrote for the inauguration of a new organ for the church in the nearby village of Stormthal.
