John Serry is a pianist and writer whose work in the 1970s and 80s has influenced many of the UK's jazz stars. As part of the programme's fifth birthday celebrations, Julian Joseph performs piano duets with John Serry , recorded before an invited audience at the Floral Hall of the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden.
