Advent is represented by some of William Byrd 's dark mystical Mass for four voices and visionary music by Hildegard of Bingen. The first in a series of repeats from this year's Proms season. The centenary of Joaquin Rodrigo is celebrated with a pair of his concertos: the popular guitar concerto and the Concierto Pasfora/efor flute.
