How Gaetano Meo walked from Laurenzano to London between spring 1864 and autumn 1865 armed only with a harp, was introduced to Dante Gabriel Rossetti by an Italian barber, became model and artist, fell in love and married, lost his favourite daughter to
Edward Gordon Craig , was reconciled to her with the help of Ellen Terry , and left a Byzantine mosaic in Kensington.
The story is told in his own words and those of his grandson Edward Anthony
Craig, with a little help from Lucio Sponza , Maria Teresa Benedetti and Gianfausto
Rosoli. With the voices of Jill Balcon , David Graham , Becky Hindley , Joshua Towb and Giusi Saija. Skaila Kanga (harp)
