Ron Geesin presents the last of six programmes on the work of saxophonist Coleman Hawkins.
Hawk's Heart. Three aspects of composition - the written piece, the unaccompanied improvisation, and the complete session in which Hawkins moulds the pieces into an apparent four-movement work.
