A sequence of poetry, prose and chants based on the creation myth of the Navajo Indian tribe of Arizona.
Dine (' The People ') Is the Navajo Indian word for themselves. In myth and ceremonial poetry the Navajo expresses his deepest belief about the origin of himself and all created things. To live well the People must be in harmony with the natural world, a state of being called by the Navajo 1 The Beauty Way.'
