Britain is now third in the international league table of reported computer crime, frauds using computers. The huge increase in the use of computer hardware is creating an electronic crime wave with rich pickings. Yet many companies are blissfully unaware about how vulnerable they are - and many policemen, accountants, and lawyers are woefully ignorant about the techniques of computer fraud. Bill Breckon talks to the cops and the robbers, and asks when will the law catch up with the computer criminal?
