Martha Graham's spectacular career as a dancer, teacher and choreographer spans more than half-a-century and she is generally regarded as the single greatest influence on modern dance. Now in her 80s, she is at present leading her own company, the oldest major American dance company with more than 150 of her own works in its repertoire, in its second season at the Royal Opera House. Covent Garden.
