3/8. To Kill and Kill Again. When a bin liner containing body parts was found at Loch Lomond in Scotland, police trawled files for anyone who had committed a similar crime. One name stood out. William Ian Beggs had a fetish for slashing men with razor blades. In 1987 he'd been convicted of murdering Barry Oldham and cutting his body, but was later released on a technicality. A police search at his flat uncovered damning evidence, but no Beggs. Now Britain's most wanted man, he finally walked into a police station in Amsterdam. But the Netherlands are notoriously hard to extradite from. Had Beggs slipped through the net once again?
