The series about life at London Zoo.

This week there are difficult decisions to be made. The Sulawesi crested macaque monkey is endangered in the wild, but breeds well in captivity. A baby monkey has been born but she's been rejected by her mother and could starve to death. Curator of mammals Doug Richardson and his team must decide whether to handrear the baby and risk its rejection by the macaque group. Meanwhile, over at the children's zoo, a much-loved pony is very ill. Keepers Vanessa Asher and Steve Young are very worried about her future.
