Crime drama starring Clint Eastwood, Lee J Cobb
Walt Coogan, a no-nonsense deputy sheriff from Arizona, arrives in New York to collect an escaped killer who is being held in custody. But he soon runs up against red tape and, when his prisoner escapes, he is taken off the case. Coogan, however, is determined to get his man.
