Norwich City v Inter Milan
The Norwich football fairytale continues tonight with live coverage of Inter Milan's visit to Carrow Road for the first leg of this Uefa Cup third round tie.
It's another daunting task facing Norwich in their first season of European competition. Having beaten the formidable
German side Bayern Munich last month, Norwich now face Inter, twice winners of the European Cup and winners of this competition two years ago. The Italians could pose a sterner examination of Mike Walker 's
Norwich team and their star-studded squad includes Dutch internationals Dennis
Bergkamp and Wim Jonk , the Uruguayan striker Reuben Sosa and the experienced former
Italian international goalkeeper Walter Zenga.
While Norwich have been impressive in their victories over Bayern Munich and Dutch side
Vitesse Arnhem, Inter have been showing erratic form. Home and away victories against Rapid
Bucharest in the first round were followed by a stuttering 4-3 aggregate win over Apollon Limassol of Cyprus.

Diane Bull's portrayal of glamorous Eastender Annie Briggs in the first series of John Sullivan's comedy gave the world a new catchphrase ("phenomenal!") and a character as resilient as Sullivan's earlier creation, Del Boy in Only Fools and Horses.
Annie returns in the new series living with her family on their run-down chicken farm, robbed of her opulent lifestyle by the sudden and unexpected demise of her rich husband. "In many ways we're like chalk and cheese," says Diane Bull of her screen persona. "We're both gregarious, but she's much more positive than I am, eternally optimistic and tough. She can be very tough on other people too; I hope I'm not as rude as she is."
This week, Annie's daughter Tiffany shows every sign of having fallen in love.

In 1972 the Palestinian terrorist group Black
September massacred 11 Israeli athletes at the Olympic Games in Munich. The response by Israel's intelligence agency Mossad was to deploy an assassination squad, targeting senior PLO officials. Masterminded by General Aharon Yariv , the squad claimed at least ten victims, most notably Yasser Arafat 's right-hand man Ali Hassan Salameh.
In the second of his investigations into states' responses to terrorism, Peter Taylor follows the trail of revenge that led from Munich to the death of Salameh, and talks to General Yariv about
Israel's covert assassination policy. "I approach it from a cost-benefit point of view," says Yariv. "Is it morally acceptable? That's debatable. Is it politically vital? It was." Producer Chartes Fumeaux
