Fit for Life
Dr Michael O'Donnell investigates the ageing process, attempting to get at the truth behind our preconceptions of a slow but inevitable decline. There seems to be no reason why most of us shouldn't lead an active life well into our 90s, providing of course, that we choose the right parents - and put in a lifetime's preparation.
