Professor William Davis is the principal of the Harrow
Correspondence College which boasts only one pupil, Bobby Jessop - and even he refuses to pay his school fees. With the arrival of the bailiffs however, Davis decides it's time for his pupil to pay up, confronting him at his place of work.
But Bobby has more important things on his mind, especially with the imminent arrival of an economics expert whose name just happens to be Professor Davys ...
