The last of three films: Nagasaki
Here the missionaries first made land-fall in Japan - and here the Christian faith still flourishes in an otherwise Buddhist country. To Nagasaki came the first Dutch traders - and continued to do so while the rest of Japan sealed itself off from the outside world But the rich past was eclipsed by the cataclysmic events of 9 August 1945 when a plutonium bomb was exploded above the city.

A preview of the FA Cup Final Everton v Watford
Jimmy Hill and the Match of the Day team look at the sports event that dominates this weekend.
Will Everton at last bury the joke about their empty trophy cabinet? Will Watford silence the carping of the purists about their individual style? Does the warmth and sincerity of both young managers, Howard Ken dall and Graham Taylor , conceal their fierce determination to win? Nothing will conceal the delight of Watford's chairman, Elton John , if his team triumphs and fulfils his dream, but both sets of players know that a nervous moment, a fluke, or a flash of genius could settle the issue.
