James Burke reports as the Apollo 10 astronauts begin their journey home. Television pictures from the spacecraft are expected to show the whole lunar globe from 20,000 miles out and include the first inflight colour pictures of an 'earthset' as seen from Apollo 10 while orbiting the moon.

Dead Image was directed by actor Paul Henreid who starred opposite Bette Davis in one of her most famous roles as the governess in Now Voyager. They also appeared together in Deception. The film provides an admirable demonstration of trick photography at its most accomplished.
