A discussion with J. B. Phillips
Two previous translations by J. B. Phillips have appeared under the titles, ' Letters to Young Churches' and ' The Gospels.' He has now completed the translation of the Acts of the Apostles, and has given it the title, ' The Young Church in Action.'
In this programme he is asked about his new translation. Such questions as authorship, its relation to St. Luke's Gospel and the character of the so-called ' we ' passages will all be raised.
