Two Cambridge undergraduates studying archaeology and anthropology spent the greater part of their long vacation last year visiting the South-West Hoggar in the Sahara Desert, and they made contact with the veiled Tuareg peoples of the Central Sahara. The speaker describes the expedition, how they travelled, and some of the personalities they met on the way.
