Some areas of the brain give no response to any means of stimulation yet discovered, and seem to have no obvious function at all. Much the largest and most enigmatic of these ' silent areas ' are the frontal lobes. And yet the large development of these frontal lobes is one of man's most characteristic physical features.
This programme is concerned with the evidence which seems to show that a special relationship exists between these silent areas of the brain and qualities of personality.
