This afternoon Brighton will be crowded with the cars that have poured into it from all parts oT the country in the eighth annual rally organised by the R.A.C.
F. J. Findon , well-known motoring broadcaster and journalist, will be on the spot to describe some of the elimination tests which call for skill and experience in car handling. The object of these rallies, which are open to any driver who holds an' international competition licence, is to improve driving generally, and to give competitors not only experience in straightforward car handling, but in tricky manoeuvring.
This is the first time that the rally has been held at Brighton, cars having previously assembled at Torquay, Hastings, Bournemouth, Eastbourne, and Blackpool.
