The arrival in London and reception by Their Majesties the King and Queen described from Victoria Station
This, the first of four outside broadcasts this week in connection with the French President's State visit to London with Mme. Lebrun , will describe for listeners their arrival at Victoria Station where they will be met by the King and Queen and members of the Cabinet.
Michael Standing will be on platform No. 2 and John Snagge in the courtyard of the station, where a Guards' band will be playing. It is of interest that French observers will be in similar positions to relay a description of the scene to France.
