William Coldstream and Anthony Blunt
Last week Anthony Blunt told listeners how he looked at modern painting. Today they are to hear how a modern painter looks at it, for William Coldstream is coming to the microphone to give his views.
Coldstream is one of the most interesting of the younger generation of painters. He has held several exhibitions in London, and is noted for the straightforwardness of his painting, which everybody can understand.
