Marquess of Lothian, C.H., who is summing up the series, was educated at Oxford, was Editor of the State, South Africa, from 1908 to 1909, and of the Round Table from 1910 to 1916. He has been Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, and Parliamentary Under Secretary for India since 1931.
