The Rt. Hon. Herbert Morrison , who is Member of Parliament (Labour) for South Lewisham, is making his first appearance in this programme. He has been a Pr.vy Councilor since J931 and was made a Companion of Honour in 1951. Mr. Morrison was Home Secretary and Minister of Home Security from 1940 to 1945; Lord President of the Council and Leader of the House of Commons from 1945 to 1951, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs in 1951, and since then has been Deputy Leader of the Opposition.
