Ralph Wightman is a frequent member of the ' Any Questions? ' team.
Lord Elton is an author and a contributor to ' The Dictionary of National Biography ' and to many newspapers and journals. He was a Fellow of Queen's College, Oxford, from 1919-1939. He is at present Secretary of the Rhodes Trust. C. A. R. Crosland is the Member of Parliament (Labour) for South Gloucester-shire. He was previously a Fellow and Lecturer in Economics at Trinity College, Oxford, and was President of the Union in 1946. He is on the National Executive of the Fabian Society.
E. H. C. Leather is the Member of Parliament (Conservative) for North Somerset. Born in Toronto of English parents, he has spent the greater part of his life in Canada. One of the original officers of the 1st (Canadian) Parachute Battalion, .he later served in Belgium, Holland, and Germany. He is in business with a firm of insurance and banking brokers in the City.
