Mrs. Elisabeth Russell , [address removed]
'Aid to European Refugees' cares for Displaced Persons in Austria, Germany, and Italy, where many refugees are still living in camps, huts, and shanty settlements. Grants are given for rehousing, for rehabilitation and vocational training, in order that the refugee may become a self-supporting citizen. Work-shops and local industries are maintained in camps, and there are two special funds for the after-care of T.B. patients.
