Talk by Roy Anderson
An Indian, who was a good soldier in every sense of the word, once took his rifle to an Officers' Mess and, from the window, shot dead four officers who were at lunch. 'He had,' says the speaker, ' an imaginary, hemp-inflamed grievance.' Mr. Anderson, who spent many years in the East and in Kenya, talks about the uses and abuse of this drug.
