Talk by H. B. T. Holland
At a conference of Missionary Societies in Willingen in 1952, the suggestion was made that Christian laymen who are going into mission areas for their work should be trained to act as lay missionaries. This is something more than learning how to conduct services as lay preachers. It involves studying the opportunities for Christian witness in various parts of the world. Since the Willingen conference Dr. Harry Holland has been arranging courses and conferences to equip Christian laymen for this important task. In this talk he tells something of what he has so far done.
