A comedy by E. Eynon Evans
Produced by Daifydd Gruffydd
There were two choirs in our village, the Rhydfach Mixed and the Rhydfach Choral. Now you wouldn't think that a bit of music could cause a civil war. and a couple of quavers turn a peaceful little village into a battleground, so that Jinks the Bobby had to get two constables from town to help him keep order? Well, that's how it was with us. For all the music, there was no harmony in Rhydfach. (The recorded broadcast of October 30, 1948. in the Welsh Home Service)
