St. Nicholas, Great Yarmouth, was at one time the largest parish church in England. In 1942 enemy action reduced it to a roofless ruin. It has now risen again in a notable work of restoration, some of which viewers can see as they look in on this Morning Service.

While in Ceylon, Hans and Lotte Hass take time off to visit the ancient fortress of Sigiriya where a princess was whipped, a king was buried alive, and a wicked usurper ruled for eighteen years-once upon a time.
