The Lone Ranger and Tonto see a coach hold-up. They find sacks full of earth. They discover that a watch-maker and engraver is tunnelling under his shop to the bank in order to exchange counterfeit notes. The watch-maker tries to put the blame on to someone else, but it is too late-the Lone Ranger and Tonto are there.
