The discovery of a wooden rifle near the body of a dead rancher surprises the Sheriff. It turns out to belong to the small son of a neighbour. Did this boy see the shooting? The real killer attempts to kidnap the boy to prevent him giving evidence, but at this point Lone Ranger and Tonto take a hand. Can the bad man fake the evidence before Lone Ranger catches up with him?
