A visit to the Britannia Royal Naval College at Dartmouth, on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the building of the college.
The college stands on a Devon hill overlooking the River Dart. It replaced the old training ship Britannia and the training school at Osborne, and trains young men who wish to become Officers in the Royal Navy.
