Listeners who have heard Carroll Gibbons' attractively lazy drawl announcing his band on the air need no telling that he is an American. He first came to England in 1924, and in 1931 formed the Savoy Hotel Orpheans. He and his band have broadcast many times. But besides being a band leader Carroll Gibbons is an accomplished dance pianist, and it is as such that you see and hear him tonight.
