Stephen Johnson introduces the first of two programmes which profile the career of English clarinettist Jack Brymer , illustrated with recordings from the BBC archive. Includes music by Schubert and Arnold, and a 1964 recording with the BBCSO and Malcolm Sargent of Mozart's Clarinet Concerto in A, K622.
