Tonight we're searching for 'The One'. Mark hears what it's like to be married to someone for 70 years; he catches up with a life coach who says her life began when she walked away from her marriage after nearly four decades; and chats to a "male spinster" about how single people are shunned in society. He asks whether you're made to feel like a failure if you're not in a long term relationship.

As a certain football tournament gets under way, Mark hears about a company in Derbyshire who have sent their lawnmowers to Rio for the World Cup; and a school in Shropshire who have come up with a way of getting 10 year olds to take a sporting interest in Geography. But what if you're NOT into football? Hear from a 'World Cup Widow', and get some recommendations on some non football-related activities over the next 24 days. 

Military Wives' Choirs are in strong voice across the country - but tonight you'll meet a fish wives choir. After Essex mum Jane Dolby lost her husband at sea - she set up a choir with other women with connections to the sea. Hear Jane's story, and her music, after 2030. After 2100, Mark speaks to a maritime historian about the history behind fishermen's choirs.
