Every step we took I slipped back half and then they got annoyed. They produced a dagger. I was so tired. I said, " Well, get on with it then".'
A true story of murder, kidnapping and ransom set on the North-West Frontier of India. Today, 50 years later, the two principals in that drama live in peaceful retirement here in England. With their voices and memories this strange tale has been pieced together.
