Sixteen years ago, Paul Leyton was Chief Research Engineer on the Black Knight Rocket project: today he has turned his talents to running a small restaurant and brews his own beer - in fact, he is licensee of the smallest brewery in the country. Along the way he has also been a poet. a pilot, a teacher, an inventor - and, incidentally, a keen student of snails.
