Live coverage from the Stade Felix-Bollaert in Lens of England's final first round Group G game (kick off 8pm). Even if England have already secured qualification through their previous two games, they will still be keen to win tonight to finish top of their group and therefore avoid the likely winner of Group H, Argentina, in the second round. As ever, England will look to their experienced players to lead by example and will expect skipper Alan Shearer to cause the Colombian defence a few problems, whether partnered by Teddy Sheringham or young star Michael Owen.

Under coach Hernan Gomez Colombia have adopted a more pragmatic approach than the free-flowing style which marked their last two appearances in the finals, and this could make their defence a tough nut to crack. The linchpin of the Colombian side should still be 36-year-old Carlos Valderrama, while Newcastle's David Batty will, if he is in the England side, know all about the potential danger of his former clubmate Faustino Asprilla.

Meanwhile, events at the Stade de France in St Denis, where Romania play Tunisia, may have bearing on England's fortunes. The programme also includes brief highlights of the Group H games, Argentina v Croatia and Jamaica v Japan.
